One user has a Video Capture Card installed on her pc. She uses it to capture video pictures. 
She complains the video capture card is not working properly and she couldn't view captured video. You check out the Device manager, which does not indicate any Video devices installed on your system, but you see a yellow mark placed besides the audio device. What should you do in order to make the video capture device work? （）
